The World of the Hunger Games is the fourth and final of the official tie-in books to The Hunger Games.[1] It is the second of the tie-ins by Kate Egan and is not lie the other tie-in books, it's hardback, instead. The World of the Hunger Games was released on March 23, 2012, the same day as the film. It is primarily a visual chronicle of the film, covering basic information on the Hunger Games universe with quotes by Suzanne Collins that provide additional insight.[2]
