Kara verified that she was stabbed by Glimmer in the movie, which means D7 female was speared by Marvel. I am a fan of both tributes.

On the page, it says her name is Athena Marie Teal. But, she was unnamed during all of Hunger Games book.
Where did that name come from? Because, I personally think it is a fan chosen name. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I love her character I have only seen her at the cornucopia scene but I can see her on her plate. When the gong rang she ran to get supplies and found an Axe which was stolen then she hid behind the crates and then tried to fight the district 3 male over a black backpack, still I don't know why she was in that early seen crawling away from Marvel but she can be seen later so she obviously escaped and tried to survive.

Can anyone tell me where the description of the muttation quoted on this tribute's page comes from? I don't recall it in the book, nor the descriptions of Marvel and district 8 female mutations as pgiven on this wiki.

When was it confirmed her weapon was the axe? This is just a fan speculation.
Then, in the BTS footages, it is seen she was using a dagger during training (not throwing knives).

Sorry, but that is not the District 7 female, that is Foxface. You can clearly see the red hair on her, and clearly implied that the scene was her, when she was talking.

Maybe, you need to buy some glasses, she is clearly the District 7 female, look very well at the face and at the BLOND hair and then it doesn't mean anything that Foxface was talking and at the end, nobody uses the dagger as own weapon, so it make sence she uses it.
