So, why does it say that Cashmere killed Wiress? That was Gloss. I mean, she was there at the Cornucopia, but it was clearly stated to have been Gloss that did the deed. Am I missing something here or is it just that no one looks at Cashmere's page?

Cashmere was rebellious[]
In Mockingjay, Haymitch mentions that he was the example to the Finnicks and Joanna's and Cashmere's. Does this mean that Cashmere was rebellious, or even made of be a prostitute (as that was what that bit in the book was about)?
