Mrs. Plinth's sister was a resident of District 2 and the sister of Mrs. Plinth.[1]
Biography[]
This woman was born and raised in District 2 alongside her sister, who later married Strabo Plinth and had a son, Sejanus. Strabo was able to profit off the Dark Days and ingratiate himself and his family with the Capitol, eventually moving there at the end of the Dark Days.[2]
She was the only person from District 2 to keep in touch with Mrs. Plinth after the move; she even sent her a needlepoint of a mountain scene overlaid with the word "home".[1]
