Mayor Allister was the mayor of District 12 during the 50th Hunger Games.[1]
Biography[]
Clerk Carmine Clade and Tam Amber worked out a deal with Mayor Allister that Lenore Dove would be able to practice music on the piano in Mayor Allister's house, provided that she occasionally performed at dinners and gatherings.
At the start of the reaping for the 50th Hunger Games, Mayor Allister tried to neutrally read the Treaty of Treason, but a hint of disapproval was evident. As such, she was likely to be replaced soon after. She was considered a decent mayor by the people of District 12.[1]
