Biography[]
Juvenia was seen on television picking the names of the four District 1 tributes to participate in the second Quarter Quell for the 50th Hunger Games. Drusilla Sickle remarked that she looked "ghastly".[1]
Physical description[]
Juvenia was a small lady. She wore six-inch heels and pink polka dots at the reaping.[1] She also wore snakeskin boots.[2]
