The victor participated in an unknown edition of the Games. Since he is around 60 to 70 years of age, he could have won his Games around the 20th to 30th editions.
After his victory, he presumably went on to mentor scores of tributes from District 6 to prepare for their own Hunger Games. Since he is the oldest living male victor from District 6, it's possible he may have mentored the morphlings and another female victor to victory. It's also possible that he may have mentored the District 6 tributes for the 74th Hunger Games.
He was present as the Reaping of the 75th Hunger Games, as all victors were required to attend. He stood at the far right, beside the male morphling. He most likely mentored the morphlings during the 75th Hunger Games along with the other victor from his district.
It's unknown how he died, but he was deceased by the end of the Second Rebellion, as he was not present at the meeting among remaining victors to vote on a final symbolic edition of the Hunger Games.
- He was the oldest living victor from District 6, and therefore may have been the first victor from District 6.
- He was not seen in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, but was shown through behind the scenes photos of the reaping in District 6.
