The District 6 male was a tribute from District 6 who participated in the 49th Hunger Games.[1]

He managed to survive the Games until he and Wiress from District 3 were the only tributes remaining. Wiress had spent the whole Games in a blind spot where no one could find her, so when she finally emerged, the District 6 male leaped at her. However, the arena was a disorienting "Nest of Mirrors", so he misjudged the reflection, cracking his head on the surface and drowning in the lake.[1]
