Gamemakers in the Control Room
The Control Room is where the Hunger Games are operated by the Gamemakers. From this room, the Gamemakers have the power to alter the environment by changing the time of day as it appears to the tributes, adding mutations, starting fires, etc. In the film version of The Hunger Games, we see the control room just before and at various points during the 74th Hunger Games. The most common appearance of the Control Room is when we see Head Gamemaker Seneca Crane instructing fellow Gamemakers.
Layout
The Control Room consist of a large holographic view of the Games Arena, with two arcs of Gamemakers on either side. The Gamemakers have holographic screens in front of them through which they alter the Games Arena. The room has a blue, futuristic lighting.
