Carat was one of two female tributes from District 1 who participated in the 50th Hunger Games.^[1]

Biography[]

50th Hunger Games[]

Carat was part of the Career pack in these games. In the training center, she and her district partners wore "snot-green."^[2]

Death[]

Carat survived the initial bloodbath but died shortly after when she ate or drank something poisonous. Her death was shown in the Capitol's recap of the Games after they ended.^[3]

Etymology[]

Carat refers to a unit of mass used for measuring gemstones and pearls.
