Blossom was one of two female tributes from District 11 who participated in the 50th Hunger Games.[1]

Biography[]

50th Hunger Games[]

Before the start of the Games, Blossom joined the Newcomers, an alliance between District 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 tributes in an attempt to counter the Career pack. Blossom and her district partners were considered "a game changer" by Haymitch Abernathy.[2] She died on the fourth day of the Games, likely due to the volcanic eruption on the mountain she and the other Newcomers had been staying on.[3]

During the Victory Tour, Haymitch faced the distraught, grieving family of Blossom.[4]
