Blair was a boy from District 12 and a friend of Haymitch Abernathy and Burdock Everdeen.

Biography

Blair and Haymitch would play knife games together, such as trying to hit a target on a shed or a tree. Blair excelled at these games.

At the reaping for the 50th Hunger Games where he wore an oversized dress shirt he received from his older brother, Blair talked to his friends, Burdock and Haymitch. Blair gave Haymitch a pack of roasted peanuts for his birthday and remarked that he was an idiot for being born on reaping day.

Blair tried to help when the home of Willamae and Sid Abernathy was burned down. Later, Burdock was one of the people that carried Willamae and Sid's coffin. He and Burdock caught Haymitch after he collapsed in grief, taking him to his new home in the Victors' Village. Following Lenore Dove Baird's death and Haymitch's subsequent withdrawal from his friends, Blair tried to hang on to their friendship but eventually acknowledged Haymitch's position, giving him a final hug before leaving.
