Amanda Plummer is an American actress and the daughter of film legend Christopher Plummer and actress Tammy Grimes who portrayed Wiress in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.[1] She was raised in New York and went to college in Vermont.


She started acting in 1979 and is best known for her roles in films such as Pulp Fiction, So I Married an Axe Murderer and The Fisher King. Plummer was nominated for several awards. She has won two Emmys and one Tony.
