During the reaping for the 46th Hunger Games in District 12, the Peacekeepers pulled a kerosene-soaked, burning, smoking flag of Panem from under the temporary stage. Lenore Dove Baird was arrested for the crime, but later let go, even though she was secretly guilty.[2]

- Palladium was related to Panache Barker, one of the two male District 1 tributes in the 50th Hunger Games.[1]

- Palladium is the second District 1 victor with a known surname, the other being Augustus Braun.
- Palladium won the year after Chaff.
